Our private jet charter service
We are a charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft. We arrange flights for you and act as your agent in dealing with the companies that do fly them.
Those companies are FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers. They hold operational control of every flight they accept, which means the pilot in command and the operator make the final call on routing, weather, fuel, and any other safety decision. We do not override that. Our job is to match your trip to an operator, get you a quote, and keep the paperwork and communication moving.
Charter quotes are estimates
The numbers you see from us are estimates. They are based on the trip details you give us, the aircraft category, and typical hourly rates. A turboprop generally runs $2,200 to $3,500 per hour, a light jet $3,800 to $5,800, a midsize $5,200 to $7,800, a super-midsize $7,200 to $10,000, and a heavy $9,500 to $14,500. Those ranges are for planning, not a firm offer.
A quote becomes binding only when the operator confirms the specific aircraft, crew, and price in writing. Until that confirmation arrives, treat every figure as an estimate. Availability, repositioning, crew duty limits, and airport fees can all move the final number.
Who you are contracting with
When you accept a trip, you enter a contract with the operator, not with us. That contract sets the payment schedule, the cancellation policy, the baggage limits, and the rules for changes. Read it before you pay. We can help you understand it, but we are not a party to it.
Because the operator holds operational control, any decision to delay, divert, or cancel a flight for safety or weather rests with them. If that happens, the operator's contract governs what you are owed.
Payment follows the operator contract
Payment terms come from the operator. Many ask for full payment up front, sometimes by wire or certified funds. Cancellation windows vary by operator and aircraft. Some allow a full refund if you cancel far enough out; others charge a percentage or the full amount inside a set window.
We do not hold your money. Funds go to the operator under their terms. If you need to change a trip, the operator decides whether a change fee applies. We will pass along their answer and help you work through options, but the terms in their contract control.
Taxes and fees on private jet charter
Quotes typically include federal excise tax on domestic transportation, plus segment fees and airport or FBO charges where they apply. International trips may carry different taxes and customs fees. The operator's final invoice will itemize what you owe.
Fuel surcharges can change between quote and confirmation. Crew overnight costs, catering, and ground transportation are usually separate unless the operator says otherwise. Ask for a line-item breakdown if you want to see exactly what is included.
Liability for charter arrangements
We arrange transportation. We are not the carrier and we do not control the aircraft or crew. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses that arise from the operator's conduct or from events outside our control, such as weather, air traffic, or mechanical issues.
Our liability for our own arranging services is limited. Nothing in these terms removes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you have a dispute about a flight, your contract with the operator is the place to start, and we will cooperate with any reasonable request for records we hold.
