Private jet charter quotes
Tell us where you are going, when, and how many people are flying. We come back with aircraft options and a price range. Light jet charter estimates run $3,800 to $5,800 an hour.

This is the contact page, so start here with a phone call or an email. We arrange charter flights on FAA Part 135 certificated operators who hold operational control of the flight. We do not own the aircraft, and the operator, not us, runs the trip once it is booked.
The quote you get is an estimate. Charter pricing moves with fuel, aircraft availability, crew duty time and airport fees, so we give you a range and update it when the operator confirms. Short hops price differently than cross-country legs. A run from New York to Boston, for example, typically lands in the $4,000 to $6,000 band for a light jet, and that number covers the whole trip, not each seat.
You do not need to know aircraft types before you call. Tell us the cities and the date, and we will match the mission to a turboprop, a light jet, a midsize or something larger if the passenger count and distance call for it.
What to have ready when you call
- Departure and arrival cities, with the airport you prefer if you have one
- Travel dates and the window you need to leave, plus the return date
- Passenger count, including children, and total bags
- Any hard deadline on either end, such as a meeting or a boarding time
- Whether the trip is domestic or crosses a border, since that changes the paperwork
What happens after you call
We take the details and check what aircraft are available in your market on those dates. You get options back with a price range for each, and we note where a smaller cabin would save money and where it would not work. If your dates are fixed, tell us and we work backward from the deadline rather than the other way around.
Once you pick an option, the operator confirms the aircraft and crew and sends the final quote. Anything that changes the price after that, such as a schedule shift or an added stop, comes back to you for approval before the trip is flown.
Questions
How much does a private jet charter cost?
It depends on the aircraft class and the distance. Turboprops run $2,200 to $3,500 an hour, light jets $3,800 to $5,800, midsize $5,200 to $7,800, super-midsize $7,200 to $10,000 and heavy jets $9,500 to $14,500. These are estimate ranges. Fuel, crew time and airport fees move the final number, and we confirm it with the operator before you commit.
Do you operate the aircraft yourselves?
No. We are a broker. The flights are arranged with FAA Part 135 certificated operators who hold operational control, and those operators supply the aircraft and crew. Our job is to match your trip to the right aircraft, get you a clear price range and handle the back-and-forth so you are not calling operators one at a time.
What is the shortest notice you can work with?
Same-day is possible on busy routes but not guaranteed, and pricing reflects it. If you have a hard deadline, call rather than email so we can check availability while you are on the line. For anything crossing a border, allow more lead time, since the operator needs to sort customs and crew documents before the flight.
